HOW is that supposed to WORK?
Sometimes circumstances do not allow it otherwise. Whether there is too much distance between you and your desired trainer, not enough time or a virus epidemic prevents 1: 1 training with a personal trainer.
There is still one option:
At RPC, that doesn't mean that you get a pre-made all-fits-one plan that applies to everyone in general.
You get the full program, including anamnesis, a preliminary discussion via Whatsapp, Facetime or Skype, and individual training plan that is completely fit to you and your goals, as well as your level of performance and local conditions.
Regardless of whether you train in a gym with / without a functional area or at home with little or no equipment, the workout plan will be adapted to you and your individual situation.
In addition to your individual training plan, you will also receive:
Your personal calorie deficit
Dietary supplement recommendations
Your individual warm up routine
All in one PDF. Every 4 weeks.
What are the options?
Basically, we approach things like a regular personal training session.
In the anamnesis sheet and in the preliminary discussion, we find out how many training units per week make the most sense for you personally and what we focus on in terms of content.
Of course, if you know beforehand how often you want to exercise, that will also work.
You can choose between
BASIC and VIP
In any case, you will receive a new training plan with two, three or four individual training sessions per week via PDF.
In the case of the VIP (VIrtually Personal) package, I join in during your workout via video chat and can offer you the best support for your online workout.
